The system can send SMS messages to customers.
In order to have this functionality you must first have your twilio account configured
To configure these messages please navigate to
Twilio Messaging Webhook is not required for this use case.
You can make use of the list of variables outlined here :-
E.g: Hello {customer_first_name}, your driver{driver_first_name}is {driver_duration_until_arrival_minutes} away.
This can translate to Hello John, you driver Michael is 10 mins away.
You can set the time you want the customer to be alerted by adding a new criteria as shown below:
The below configurations now have a 10 mins and 30 mins message to the customers.
